How much can one fan of OKOM (Our Kind Of Music) accomplish in just a couple of years? Plenty, if it's Rockzilla, aka photographer Michael Johnson. From 2003 to 2005, rockzilla.net was a chronicle of the alt.country scene from a uniquely Texan perspective. But all good things must end, and Rockzilla has retired from the online 'zine scene.

Jim Chandler

Jim Chandler lives in Tennessee. His poems, short stories and articles have appeared in numerous magazines and newspapers during the past 33 years, from small press and college literary journals to the Baltimore Sun Sunday Magazine. He is the author of several chapbooks, the latest The Word Is ALL There Is from Mt. Aukum Press and his poetry appeared in the well-received The Outlaw Bible of American Poetry.  Chandler founded Thunder Sandwich magazine in the early eighties and currently operates an on-line version of that 'zine, featuring known and unknown writers. He is currently editing and publishing a major book by renown small press author T. Kilgore Splake.
